The Classical Opera and MOZART 250 logos must not be used in the public domain without the prior written permission of Classical Opera.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

Purchasing or donating online

We are able to accept payment through PayPal and on all Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards that are enabled for online payment. In addition, we can accept American Express payments in most major currencies.

Returns

We try our best to deliver an outstanding service to all our supporters and hope that you are happy with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied with a product purchased online, you may be able to return your purchase and claim a refund.

If you have changed your mind about a recording purchased through our website, or if there is a fault with the product you have received, you can return it to the following address:

Please return the item in its original condition, packaging it securely and including the original delivery docket with the item. We regret that we are not able to refund delivery costs unless the item in question is faulty or we have made an error in shipping.

We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving the item.

Cancellation

If you change your mind about an order before you have received confirmation of its dispatch, you can cancel your order by email info@classicalopera.co.uk or calling us on 0208 846 9744 during business hours.

Liability

We (including our affiliates, directors, agents and employees) shall not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, such as loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption or for any losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by us arising, directly or indirectly from:

Pricing, postage or other guidance provided by us;

Delays or disruptions in our services;

Viruses or other malicious software obtained by accessing, or linking to, our website;

Glitches, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies of any kind in our website;

Damage to your hardware device from the use of our website;

The content, actions, or inactions of third parties; and

Your need to modify practices, content, or behaviour or your loss of or inability to do business, as a result of changes to this agreement or our policies.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you.

You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you.

Although we aim to verify the accuracy and truth of the information provided on our website, we cannot and do not confirm, the accuracy or the validity of the information provided.

Nothing in agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
